Coil Production Base

DELI ALUMINIUM coil production base mainly manufacture aluminium casting coil(Thickness:0.2mm-11mm Width:900mm01730mm) with production ability:10000m.t./month.DELI has 14 casting machine(ZHUOSHEN) all equipped with Mitsui gas removing system, 1 cold rolling machine(ZHUOSHEN) and 2 cold rolling machine(TIANZHONG) all equipped with Honeywell's thickness measurement system and ABB's plate control systems. The main products are 1 Series, 3 Series and 8 Series, including :double zero aluminium foilstock,one zero aluminium foilstock,aluminium casted coil,aluminium strip.

Foil Production Base

DELI ALUMINIUM foil production base mainly producing aluminium foil.It is located in Economic and Technological Development Zone of Zouping,Binzhou,Shandong,near to Qingdao port.The base currently has about 400 employees, with capital 2.5 Billion RMB, and fixed assets of 700 Million RMB.The annual sales capability is:20 Billion RMB. The base is engaged in producing aluminium foil(Thickness:0.006mm-0.04mm Width:200mm-1700mm),the category covers: packaging industrial industry,pharmaceutical industry,construction,air plane ect.

DELI ALUMINIUM foil production base has 4 foil rolling machines(TIANZHONG) The new mill has been invested and constructed in Nov,2013 in Shandong,with estimated production ability of above 50000m.t./month.After this mill finished, DELI will be the biggest aluminium rolling mill in Shandong.
